We go to great lengths to ensure that our best products arrive as soon as possible. To this day, we are proud to provide international shipping services in over 150 countries and islands worldwide.
We will continue to expand in order to meet the needs of all of our customers, providing service that exceeds all expectations anywhere in the world. Nothing means more to us than providing excellent value and service to our customers.
We process orders Monday through Friday and can ship all of your swag within 7 – 10 business days! We ship Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, excluding Post Office holidays: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Standard & Express shipping costs and any other third-party fees such as shipping insurance are non-refundable. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier. Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.
During huge discounts, promotions, new product releases, and holidays, it is possible that it will take the entire 10 business days (often a day or two longer) to process these orders because our bargains are so excellent that no one wants to miss the shot!
Currently, Our shipping cannot be delivered to US military bases. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
The following is an estimate of the shipping times. We can only provide an accurate shipping time due to factors that frequently affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays.
*Note: In any case, regardless of events beyond our control, please allow for product delivery within a reasonable time frame given the circumstances. We do not accept refunds for events beyond our control that delay delivery.
When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details. You can cancel your order or make changes to your shipping information the same day you placed your order by midnight. Your order will be processed for stocking, packing, and shipping after 6 hours, and this cannot be reversed. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once this is completed.
We will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. To track your package, please pay attention to the shipping agent you select, such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL, and then paste the tracking number into one of these links:

For the first few days after receiving your Shipping Update email, tracking information may not be available. Package scans may take several days. We assure you that this is normal and will have no bearing on your expected delivery date.
We are NOT RESPONSIBLE if a package is unable to be delivered due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information.
When checking out, please enter the correct shipping information. If you discover an error, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. However, because email has a 72-hour waitlist, if your order has left our warehouse within 72 hours, it is out of our control.
AZ Hair is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any destination country taxes or duty charges that may apply. Customers are responsible for any restrictions, duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Under no circumstances is AZ Hair liable for any duties, taxes, or customs fees.
If the order reaches your country and …
- The package is refused by the customer.
- Number of attempts are made in the country of destination to deliver the package.
AZ Hair reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any refund.
